This Cannabis Consciousness News Special looks at new regulations requiring Northern California cannabis growers to register with the North Coast Water Board if they grow over 6 mature plants. As soon as the second week of August, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board hopes to adopt sweeping regulations that will require roughly 30,000 landowners to register for their program, or risk stiff penalties for non-compliance.
